1. General Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the cbaazi platform and all of its services. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between the user ("you" or "member") and cbaazi authority ("we" or "platform").

The following individuals may not open or use an account on cbaazi:

• Individuals who have voluntarily or been placed on a self-exclusion list by us.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

To make a deposit on the cbaazi platform, you must use an approved payment method. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka) for each method.

New members are eligible to receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A wagering requirement of 20x (twenty times) must be met to use the bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are awarded only once and are non-transferable.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

5.3 VIP Program

cbaazi has four VIP tiers awarded based on members' regular activity:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Rules

All bet and game results on the cbaazi platform are final. If an abnormal result occurs due to a technical error, cbaazi reserves the right to void that bet. Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

• Betting using any software, bot, or automated tool.
• Arbitrage betting through multiple accounts.
• Attempting to exploit any vulnerability or bug in the platform.
• Playing under any secret arrangement with other members.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities.

6.3 Sports Betting

7. Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Account Closure by cbaazi

cbaazi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.

• Suspicion of fraud, deception, or money laundering.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Misuse of bonuses.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities.

Legitimately earned balances will be returned even after account closure, however funds obtained through fraud will be confiscated.

7.2 Voluntary Account Closure
